On April 23, the ManageEngine Roadshow 2026 took place in Tallinn, bringing together IT professionals and organizations interested in IT management and cybersecurity.
The event focused on practical approaches, featuring both technical overviews and real-world use cases that demonstrated how organizations manage and develop their IT environments.

Throughout the day, a mix of technical overviews and real-world use cases was presented from organizations where ManageEngine solutions are used on a daily basis. These presentations offered a clear view into how different organizations manage their IT environments and the approaches they use to tackle more complex challenges.
The main focus areas included IT service management, automation, security and risk management, along with improving visibility across the entire IT environment. In addition to the sessions, the event offered a great opportunity to connect with other industry professionals and exchange experiences.
The event highlighted that although IT management challenges are often similar across organizations, the effectiveness of solutions depends largely on how tools are used in practice and integrated into daily operations. Key themes included automation to reduce manual workload, improved visibility across systems and devices, a proactive approach to security, and a more integrated view of IT service management.
