On February 10, Nixor participated in the career fair at Tallinn University of Technology, where we met students, introduced what we do, and talked about internship opportunities.
The day was fast-paced and full of meaningful conversations. Discussions started with introductions and initial touchpoints, and quickly developed into deeper conversations around software development, project management, and product management. The role of AI in marketing and the broader tech landscape also came up repeatedly.
The most valuable part of the day was the direct interaction with students. Genuine questions, strong interest, and open conversations gave us great insight into what future professionals are looking for and what kind of opportunities they value.
The strongest interest was in development roles, but there was also clear curiosity towards project management, product management, as well as marketing and business-related opportunities. One thing stood out clearly – students want to contribute to real projects and gain hands-on experience, rather than remain observers.
The day resulted in many new contacts and meaningful conversations, creating a strong foundation for future collaboration. While the long-term impact will become clearer over time, it is already evident that the discussions were valuable and the interest in Nixor was strong.
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by to talk to us!
If you didn’t make it to the fair but are interested in internship opportunities, feel free to reach out.
